The overall quality of the bag is ok, not great. The internal, removable shoe bag is pretty flimsy. Not of high quality. Also the other bags that Velcro to the inside of the bag do not seem durable to me at all. Was planning on using this primarily as a gym bag. I returned the bag, just didn't think it was worth the price that I paid for it. Also the bag I received was obviously used. Tags were torn off of it, laying inside the packaging. The plastic bag it was enclosed in was also beat up and torn. It came in a box, but the internal packaging was beat up. The shipping box itself was fine.Best bag ever. I have been through umpteen bags searching for the perfect one. Cheap material. Poor design. Too big. Too small. As far as I'm concerned Orange Mud nailed it with this bag. The material spot on--durable without being stiff. Feels good. The zippers are outstanding. Never noticed how crappy the zippers were on other gym bags. These are seemingly made for runners (it sounds hokey, but I'm telling you they rock). The design of the bag is great. It was definitely designed by runners. Big shoe compartment. Wet bag for clothes. Small bag for shower stuff. Orange Mud has won the bag game.Excellent gym bag. Price is steep so value may be lower....but if willing to pay a bit more than you think you should this is a great bag. I'd buy again. Hard to find something like this.Great sturdy bad with many pockets. Love the Velcro bags for dirty laundry. Wish they had a Dopp Kit?This is a relatively expensive bag but I cycle, swim and do gym workouts three times weekly. This is much more than a duffle. It really does handle the gear for all these activities. And I can find what I need for each one easily.2nd bag in the family! We love these bags. Super durable and so big it’s holds more than you can imagine. Love these bags!!I've had a very hard time finding the right bag... they're either too small or too big. I'm military, so boots and a uniform take up a ton of space. So if I got a bag I could put boots and a uniform in, it was too big to fit in a standard locker, or looked super ridiculous being carried by 5'4" me. But if the normal smaller bag, I had to carry my boots, which inevitably led to me forgetting them sometimes, and being generally annoying. This bag holds all my stuff AND fits in a locker, and somehow looks proportional to me.And as a bonus, it's the best made bag I think I've ever had (maybe an Ogio I has 25 years ago was as good, but nothing in recent history). The fabric is sturdy, the zippers are amazing, the straps are the right length and width. There are four outside pockets, the shoe cave (big enough for boots!), and two removable bags. I only use one of the bags (use the bigger one to put my sweaty stuff in after workout), so those aren't huge for me. But the feel of this bag is awesome, and is simply my favorite bag ever. As a gym user (not a triathlete or anything), I might feel it was too big... I just don't carry a ton of gear to the gym. But for military or multi sport, this bag rocks!
